4) Subscription Suspension / Cancellation

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your subscription/membership without notice and without refund if you engage in behavior including (but not limited to):

copying, redistributing, or reselling our content, systems, or signals
spamming administrators or our channels/groups/social accounts
harassment, threats, hate speech, or abusive language
any activity we reasonably believe harms the community, our services, or our intellectual property

5) Refunds and Non-Refundable Purchases

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all services are provided “as is” and are not guaranteed to produce positive results.

Digital services and subscriptions are generally non-refundable once access is granted and/or the service begins, except where consumer law provides otherwise.

If your purchase qualifies for a statutory cancellation right (for example, certain consumer purchases in the EU/UK), you may request cancellation within 14 days of purchase only where applicable and subject to legal conditions (e.g., whether you requested immediate performance/access).

This refund policy does not cover trading losses or any results from using a third-party broker account.

6) Technical Issues

We do not provide compensation for service interruptions or technical malfunctions (including third-party outages) that prevent you from accessing our services, features, or content.

You are solely responsible for determining whether any strategy or transaction is appropriate for your personal situation, objectives, finances, and risk tolerance. If you breach these Terms, or if we reasonably suspect you have, we may (without prejudice to other rights):

temporarily suspend access
permanently block access
block IP addresses
request service providers to restrict access
begin legal action
suspend or delete your account

You must not attempt to bypass restrictions (e.g., by creating new accounts).

11) Entire Agreement
